City Sketch

All city drawings start with an idea. When deciding which city to draw, the town's size on the sketch for the landmarks and architectural styles all make a difference to how the drawing looks. Once, there was a vast body of research about the building. The sketches used to understand the city's geography, such as Inception (film, 2010).

Before I drafted the sketches, this was to understand the best layout for the final city drawing. Then, I used Adobe Photoshop to paint in the colours.

These were some of the concept art environments that I did for my artwork for the University Centre Doncaster in 2005 - 2007.  I had a basic knowledge of drawing and Adobe Photoshop are necessary.
